The Study On Legal Problem Of Technology Investment

The corporate capital is extremely important for the survival of a company . It is the material fundation to run a company and the guarantees of the corporate debts , which mainly derives from the investment of shareholders . With the expantion of the property and business , people came to realize that those substances which motivate the property growth cycle all can be seen as the object to invest. Technology investment is going with the tide of the trend , especially in the era the advanced new technological industry has been the important motivation to the world economic growth .Of course information technology , biology technology and new energy source are dominent in the advanced new technological industry . Technology investment being some kind of special substantial investment, it has its own unique nature which allows it to have some special risks , besides the risks that all common substantial investment may have . Therefore it becomes so urgent that the law about the technology investment should be made . The article has analyzed the drawbacks of the current laws and regulations about the technology investment and the risks it may encounter. The research has been done in terms of the following aspects : the right and obligation that the main body of the technology investment has undertaken ; the requirements the technology should meet ; the proportion that the technology should choose to take ; the procedure to invest; how to guard against the risks ; the legal obligation evoked by the drawbacks of technology investment.The goal of the study is to normalize the technology investment and decrease the risks of technology investment.
