The Study On Technology Investment

In current situation, economy globalizing is getting stronger and stronger. As one of the most important production elements, high and new technology is used by companies not only as technology transfer, but also as capital or stock. Both the supplier and accepter of the technology evaluate the value of the technology and enjoy the benefits and risks together. Meanwhile as a special investment form, it has very big difference from the other kinds of investment, such as cash, kind or fixed assets. Such difference makes the legal relationship of technology investment more complex and causes many new features on related legal principles, rights and obligations. At the present time, the Chinese laws and regulations concerning technology investment cannot match the practice of economic development, which leads to more and more disputes in technology investment operation. The analysis herein is focused on some related problems of technology investment and to discuss the related solutions for improving the legislation from the point of law and corporation management.
