Research And Countermeasure Selection On Non-Performing Assets Of Chinese Banking

It is an unavoidable fact that the state owned bank of China was stranded by huge non-performing loans. It is an urgent problem currently how to lighten the burden of non performing loans of the bank. It will jeopardize the stability of China's economy if we can not deal with it well. Based on abundant collecting and owning information and materials of international finance, this text starts from analyzing the origin cause of formation and state of the bank non-performing assets of our country, then studying and analyzing country's representative non-performing assets from the points principle, mode, experience and lessons, such as Japan and U.S.A. ,etc. Finally, the author tries to probe into and propose dissolving the countermeasure of handling of non-performing loans.There are three parts. First part is an assessment on the state of the bank non-performing loans of our country and it also discusses and analyzing on the origin cause of formation. It has provided a macro background for the study and handling of non-performing loans of the bank.Second part, is a systematic comparative and study process from these two stages, the principle of handling and mode to analyzing country's representative national bank non-performing assets exploration and practice such as U.S.A. , Japan , Korea S. etc. Therefore, get some enlighten and helpful lessons by summarizing experience and lessons.The third part, tries to propose a solution based on the aspects of innovate, supervise, activate stock. At the same time, the author has paid more attention on the effectiveness of the countermeasure.
