More that two decades ago,no one dare to expect that China could make such an economic boost on the international economic stage.Neither could they expected that the Privated Enterprise could play such an important role in Chinese Economy.Since 1980,the Private Enterprise was growing faster and faster within the traditional concepts and rules.To this day,on the 21st century,the Chinese Economy has formed three main branches of national ,three investigations,private conomy.However,Private Economy still has alot of issues to be solved.At the same time,the forming on the encouragement of employees will definitely play a critical role in the promotion of enterprise's working efficiency . According the above reasons,this article will talk about the encouragement of employees from the aspects of its importance,materal encouragement,the development of employees etc.taking the theory of encouragement.We'll talk about different ways through the rewarding systems,achievement testing ,employee holding stocks,stocks timely right encourage,working career and its design,professonal training,enterprise culture,encouraging group forming etc. To retrospect the nationalwide privite enterprise's forming course,its proportion in our economy ,its boost in obtaining employment and its fast development.We should say the private enterprise had created more value for our country than the value itself.Affected by the traditional concept and culture,it has typical features in the management of manpower.Also for these reasons,it has exposed the defectson the conflits within some private enterprises nowadays.Coming into the WTO,the private enterprise will face to bigger challenges.As a result,if we don't change the bottle-neck of the manpower in enterprises,we won't be able to survise in the drastic market competition. To talk about the researches on the branches of the features of private enterprises with the theory of encouragement. In this article,we'll mainly use the theories of administrative levels,double elements and synthesis encouragement ,combinating the features of our national private enterprises.This articles talked about the relationship among efforts,encouragement,satisfaction of employee's needs.It's a systemtic course,also a better circle formed by the previous three elements.To protect this better circle,the mangers should take the responsibility to set the encouragement system to the enterprise as well as for the individuals in it so to ecourage the employees to work hard and better for their enterprises. To desige according to the theory of encouragement for employees in materal,sprit,etc.In the market economy,the main encouragement is materal,vias the mean of prise system.The spritual encouragement is important but still the materal one is more common under the market economy. In order to stimulate the employee's creativity,properate distribution is an important mean,it's also a great mean to get talented employees.The present distribution system mainly refers to the rewarding system ,,achievement testing ,employee holding stocks and the stocks timely right encourage system. An enterprise is formed by some individual small groups,the forming of a universal managing concept,ideal and goals will stimulate and restrain the employee's behaviors.As a result,the managers can improve the enterprise'smoral level via the means of achivement's encouragement,spiritual encouragement to improve the affection of the enterprise and to stimulate the employee's creavity as well. To the present enterprises,'People' is the most previous sourse.Only when you make full use of this sourse can you win every time.Young employess all have ambitions in their careers,so to design and to encourage their future career picture is very important.They'll pay their heart and soul in return. On study about the ensurance system designing and it's usages.Private enterprises can form this system by the measures mentioned above to for a competitive group in the end and to achieve the employee's self-encouragement. The forming of the mentioned systems is mainly based on the human nature.But systems are the main structures of encouraging structures.The efficiency of the encouraging system is a combination of system and human nature.Of course,proper behavior rules and encouraging rules require the leaders' self excellent performance. The justice of the encouragement system requires the obeying of the social justing rules of the group or the system rules accepted commonly by the employees.The rules of justice includes:The justice of chances,the agreement of the encouragement and punishment with employee's performances as well as the justice of the the justice course itself. To the private enterprise,differnt employs with differnt ages,posts and positions have differnt needs,so to meet all their needs,we need different measures.To a same employee,he or she may have differnt needs at different periods of his or her life as well,so a dynamic encouragement system's forming is also another issue we paid lots of attention on in this article.
