The thesis has been written for the example of China MingSheng Banking Corporation Ltd (CMBC) Guangzhou branch. In allusion to the situation which concludes that the retailing development of home banking isn't perfect, the inscape of the financial product is simplex, the way of fixed the price is inconsequential and the styles of the products are the same, the writer has created a comparatively safe and high income's personal financial product from selecting the high VIP customers purposefully. CMBC Guangzhou branch will create the public praise in-case of it.In the meanwhile, the writer has analyzed and s'ta'ted the marketing of the relevant financial product. It has analyzed the instruments of relationship marketing, all-member marketing and differential marketing from the knowledge of marketing learning in our course of Master of Business Administration (MBA). So it can promote the marketing of personal financial product of CMBC. Through the new financial product, CMBC can attract more targeted customers to expand the personal financial market share in Guangzhou area. So CMBC Guangzhou branch will gain more profits from this breakthrough. . This thesis has analyzed the virtues and disadvantages of the new financial product. And it sums up and advises the creation and marketing of this product. The writer 'hopes to accomplish the new breakthrough of personal financial products in home banking from this thesis.
