Marketing is the intercommunicate social action of the corporations which treat satisfying market demand as the precondition and profiting as the purpose, it is also the important cycle and means of the social economic running under the market economy. Banking must build up the marketing concept as the other enterprises if it wants to survive and develop although the specialty it has.Based on the general marketing theory and combined with the specialty of the banking ,the following research of the article is about: (1) The analysis and study of the marketing specialty abut the banking; (2) The study of the planning exploitation and management about the banking; (3) Introducing Value engineering theory in the aspect of bank's product design, development and administration. (4) By the support of above depiction, the author carries through demonstration analysis with the marketing case between Bank of China and Swan Corporation.
