The Study On Preventing The Urban Idle Minors From Committing A Crime

Since 1980s, China has begun to stride into a new era that transforms planned economy into socialist market economy. The transformation made great achievement for the development of China, but it brought on some serious problems like juvenile delinquency with the gallop of social economy. Especially, the rate of the crime committing of minors get a rise year after year in this decade. Without control of family and school, influenced by the polluted environment of the society, the urban idle minors is a special group who can easily lose their way and need more attention of ours. What's their survival status? What are the characteristics and causes of minors crime committing? And what can we summarize from crime prevention. This thesis, divided into four parts, tries to find an answer.Part 1: First introduce the background of the juvenile delinquency in China, and then elicit that the minors become a special group with potential possibility of committing a crime which we should never neglect.
