Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Crime Prevention For Minors In Wenzhou

In recent years,with the great change of China’s economic structure and the change of people’s lifestyle,the crime rate in China has also shown an upward trend,especially the juvenile crime trend is increasing year by year,which has become one of the dangerous factors endangering social stability and harmony.Although our government has repeatedly emphasized the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency,it has still failed to effectively reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency.With the concern of public opinion on minors and the constant pressure on the government,how to effectively prevent juvenile delinquency has become an urgent problem for the government to solve.The article conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of juvenile delinquency prevention in Wenzhou,starting with the characteristics and causes of juvenile delinquency crime in Wenzhou,a systematic survey on the prevention of juvenile delinquency disease in Wenzhou in recent years was conducted by means of interviews and online inquiry.It was found that there are some problems in the prevention of juvenile delinquency disease in Wenzhou,these include:(1)the government’s lack of supervision and governance of the growth environment of minors;(2)the lack of professionalism in crime prevention;(3)the lack of effective communication and cooperation among government departments;(4)the lack of participation and cooperation of social forces.This paper analyzes the three main reasons for the existing problems:(1)the supervision departments are decentralized and have not yet formed joint forces;(2)the related system construction is not perfect;(3)the linkage and cooperation mechanism among government departments is insufficient;(4)the awareness of coordination and prevention is not strong.Based on a thorough investigation of the current situation of juvenile delinquency in Wenzhou,this paper explores new ideas and approaches for juvenile delinquency prevention in the new era,and summarizes the research experiences at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the following practical countermeasures:(1)strengthen the supervision and management of the growth environment of the juvenile groups,(2)improve the construction and implementation of the juvenile delinquency prevention system,(3)strengthen the effective interaction between the government and various departments;(4)to bring in social forces to form the network of placement,help and education.
