Trademark is most integrated in the field of European Union's intellectual property, and this European Union's special two-fold trademark protection system is valuable to the other countries and areas all over the world. In the integration process of European Union's trademark law, the member countries of EU also revise their domestic trademark law to certain degree, and international conventions connected with trademark play important role in the process as well, consequently these accelerate the formation of Community Trademark system, then redound to enhance the integration degree. The correspondence of goods and services between China and European Union is more and more frequent, so in virtue of the protection of our trademark owner's benefit in international trade, investigating European Union's trademark system together with its integration process possesses both academic value and practical value.The main investigating approaches are comparative analyzing approach and logical analyzing approach. Utilizing part of member states' domestic trademark law, international conventions connected with trademark and the information of Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM) to compare, the author educe the following conclusions:Firstly, in the process of the establishment of European Union's unitary trademark system, the trademark revision in the member states of European Union and international conventions applied to European Union are of great stimulative use.Secondly, the harmonization systems adopted by OHIM also accelerate the enhancement of the integration degree. The harmonization systems conclude both the harmonization between the member states and the communication as well as cooperation with other states together with international organizations.
