Through consulting the method of the foreign commercial bank since 2004, every domestic commercial bank has been carrying on the paid service to the bank products. But because every bank lacks a scientific product pricing standard and pricing system, the product price is very different and the market price is much confused. This has caused the broad masses' complaint, and on the other hand it is even unfavorable to the long-term development of the bank.Proceeding from the present products of commercial bank, this paper adopts the task cost method to analyse the product cost. According to the logic that " product consumes task , and task consumes resources " and the characteristic of the product cost, it also divides the busywork into ten major classifications. Secondly, it also classifies the bank products into different types according to the characteristic of resources that the products consume and the busywork classifications. Finally, this paper respectively designs the pricing model to the ten major busywork classifications.In the process of designing the product pricing model, this paper mainly adopts requirement and demand guide pricing method and psychology lead pricing method to carry on the price of the market-adjusted products. At the same time different pricing tactics are made to different stages of the products through combining the life cycle theory of the products. During the implementation process of the product pricing model, it also carries on quantitative analysis and the argumentation and assessment of the price appropriation by using the existing pricing model. This paper has also proved the accuracy and effectiveness of the price model through the real examples of the Agricultural Bank of China.This paper proceeds from costs causation according to the characteristic of resources that the products consume, and designs a new product pricing model. At the same time this paper has also proposed an implementation method of the pricing model on the basis of the real environment. It has a better directive significance on the present product pricing for the commercial banks.
