The Research On R&D And Continuable Development Of Zhejiang's Economy

Technology innovation is the core competence of economy. The level of technology innovation depends on a country's R&D capability and the absorption of all kinds of technology spill over. The GDP of Zhejiang is fourth in China, but her R&D and technology innovation developed slowly, which have blocked the upgrade of her industries structure. Nowadays, it has been a vital problem that how Zhejiang realizes the integration of R&D and continuable development of her economy.On the basis of theory, the paper will adopt statistic and econometric method to analyse Zhejiang's characters of R&D. Secondly, the paper will take a primary analysis on Zhejiang's problem by game theory through different angles from provider of R&D, demander of R&D, agency of R&D and government. Lastly, the paper will put forward some suggestions from macroeconomic angle to accelerate the integration of R&D and Zhejiang's economy.The paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction which will show the purpose and significance of the paper. The second chapter is literature summarize. An analysis that R&D promotes economic development will be made in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, the charaters of Zhejiang's R&D will be compared with those of Jiangshu and Shanghai. The fifth chapter will analyse characters of Zhejiang's R&D and economy by evaluating the relativity of R&D economic growth. In the sixth chapter, the paper takes a deep-seated analysis about Zhejiang's R&D and continuable development of economy. Moreover, in the course of R&D diffusion, the paper will analyse the provider of R&D, demander of R&D, agency of R&D and government which have not promoted the development of R&D efficiently in order to find obstructive factors. In the seventh chapter, some advices will be put forward to promote the integration of R&D and continuable development of Zhejiang's economy.
