For that, we should grasp major tache of the enterprise valuable chain of research, development, product, manufacture, marketing and service: in addition, we should also improve the exploitation, oil refining, chemical industry, engineering technology and economic information research system in order to actualize the mutual effective link and coordination with the inner support system.
