Problem Study To Reform The Business Mechanism Of Agricultural Development Bank

The article first gave a brief account of the basic condition of Agricultural Development Bank, then analyzed in-depth on problems in business mechanism of the bank, finally put forth measures and suggestions on how to perfect the mechanism. It holds the above-said problems seriously undermine the agricultural policy-related monetary functions. To build the Agricultural Development Bank with modern corporate system, the first step to take is to reform and optimize its management system and operational mechanism, making reform in external environment, fund-raising mechanism and scientific operation system in aim to build the bank into an agricultural policy-related bank of scientific structure, sound system, standardized management and sustainable development.The first chapter of the article, the author put effort in introducing the basic condition of Agricultural Development Bank, rendering readers a general knowledge of the bank and laying a foundation for further analysis on business mechanism of the bank.The second chapter, the author elaborated the problems in operational mechanism of the bank and pointed out that a sound operational mechanism is the foundation for the survival and development of the bank.The third chapter, the author analyzed in depth the major problems in business mechanism of the bank and pointed out the necessity of and challenges in perfecting the business mechanism of the bank.The fourth chapter, the author put forth concrete measures and suggestions on how to reform and perfect the mechanism and to build the bank into a vigorous and dynamic agricultural policy-related bank with the capacity of sustainable development.
