The Study Of The Ways To Improve The Credibility Of Government Statistics

With the development of China's economy,society and the continuous development of application big data and other technologies,the public's information demand for statistical data and economic situation is increasing,so the government statistical data has attracted more and more attention.Government statistical data is mainly organized by the government,which is a major public product in government public management.On the basis of data statistics,data indicators reflecting the trend of social and economic development are formed.But for a long time,the government statistical data has been plagued by the speech of "three-point statistics,seven point estimation".The credibility of the government statistical data and the public's understanding of the statistical data have not been high.The public's query about the publication of all kinds of statistical data over the years is "growing".The government statistical data and the public's information demand are also not there In the case of asymmetry,especially under the impact of big data,cloud computing,AI data model and other new technologies in recent years,the public are more skeptical about the authenticity of government statistics.At the same time,influenced by the former"GDP only" assessment of political achievements,it makes the public think that the statistical data is grasped by the government and has an obvious information advantage position,while the understanding of the social public on the statistical data is not in place,which makes the statistical data have been questioned.Many statistical data and information are less open to the government,and the trust degree of statistical data is reduced.The credibility of government statistics falls into Tacitus trap,which has a bad impact.Therefore,it is imperative to deepen the reform of statistical management system,improve the authenticity of statistical data and the credibility of government statistical data.This paper takes the credibility of government statistics as the research object,under the guidance of new public management theory,information asymmetry theory and other basic theories,through reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature about the credibility of government statistics,selects the Inner Mongolia national investigation team system as the research example,through the research,it is found that the Inner Mongolia national investigation team in the statistical credibility of the statistical data service awareness is not enough,statistical basic work is relatively weak,statistical law enforcement is not strong,statistical data can not meet the public demand.Through the analysis of the problem,the author summarizes the causes of the problem,including the influence of the management system on the service ability of statistical data,the weak basic work restricting the high-quality promotion of statistical investigation,the lack of legal construction,and the lack of comprehensive quality and ability.On the basis of the actual work of Inner Mongolia national investigation team,this paper puts forward four Suggestions for improving the credibility of statistics,such as deepening and improving the reform of statistical management system,strengthening and innovating the working mechanism of statistical investigation,strengthening the legal construction of statistical investigation,and effectively improving the comprehensive quality of statistical investigation.
