On Identity Equality And Harmonious Society

Based on the theorem of "Expanded Economic Being" as its presume and "Human Natural Rights" as its initial point, this thesis, under the background of market economy, is devoted to the discussions on the due characteristics and function, and the counterparts in reality and its interaction with other social factors, to try to display its core that the equality of citizen identity has been functioning as the fundamentals of a harmonious society. The internal logic clue of the discussiongoes in this sequence as follows: human egoism and ration-labor division andcollaboration-request for identity equality-enhancement of social efficiencyand well-being, thus improvement of the responsibility and morality of community-reinforcement of social integration and coordination as well as the virtuouscircle in social development. The thesis in development and organization falls in four parts.The necessity of the first part lies in putting forward the thesis's presume and the justification of the neutrality of people's identity. The social labor division determines the people's identity, which, thus, never carries human differences in right. All people should enjoy the same opportunity-rights.The second part displays the reality of the policies of household registration and identity in human history abroad and home, particularly of the new Public of China attached, to highlight its hindrance to the social development.In the third part, the analysis on the relations respectively with social crises, government, social civilization, human rights and democracy, justify that equality ofidentity betters the general social operation, lowering its costs and boosting its efficiency.The forth part is devoted to the analyses functions of equality of identity in accelerating social integration, guarding social freedom and cultivating social justice, and points out that under social equality, the virtuous interactions among people drive the society to be harmonious community.
