The equality concept of Rawls is the unity of formal equality and essential equality .The formal equality can ensure people' opportunity and the essential equality can compensate the infirm group's interests and opportunity.Presently in our country, the populations of the infirm group are relatively ubiquitous, and their living standard are relatively worse, which, as a result, causes a close attention among all circles. Which problem have caused right guarantee for the infinn group so infirm? I think that the key of the problem lies in the deficiency of the equality guarantee for the infirm group. My original intention in this text is attempting to perfect the guarantee for the infirm group, especially from the respect of equality rights of Rawls.This text falls into four parts. In the first part I discuss the formulation of equality concept of Rawls. I expatiate on the relations between Rawls' experience and the guarantee for the infirm group' rights. In the second part, I discuss the equality concept of < A Theory of Justice> .Regarding "the least advantaged" as core concept , Rawls' theory of justice circumfuses society equality closely, and defines the regime's chief value as justice. His "democratic equality" is a integration comprises formal and essential equality. Aiming at equality, his "different principle " especially pay more attention to the guarantee for the infirm group' rights. In the third part, I the discuss the merits and defects of the equality concept of Rawls. In the fourth part, I discuss the significance of the equality concept of Rawls to our nation's social system. From the view of equality rights, I discuss the constitution and perfection of the guarantee system for the infinn group' rights. First, on the theory and system lay, Chinese modern content of equality rights should includes abstract absolute equality as well as concrete comparative equality . The former may as well be stipulated as moral clause in constitution. The later should be stipulated as constitute law or law clause, while it includes formal equality, formal equality and their combination. Second, the theory and system should be carried out through concrete work in practice, In our forthcoming work, we should use both Rawls' equality system and principle for reference.
