A View Of Organizational Communication

The anti- corruption fighting relates to the surviving or death of the party and nation.To prevent corruption, We have to build up the institution including education, system and supervision.In developing the anti-corruption educational foundation function, the organizational communication plays an important role of the characteristic. Among the organizational communication,exhibition exertives special effect as a kind of important form.However, the scholars have laid particular emphasis on the mass communication study in the communication field.The organizational communication research is relatively weak,especially about the party organizational communication which falls far behind social practice.Therefore,it is a very important subject to study the anti- corruption exhibition in the view of organizational communication.The article will demonstrate arguments in this way: combining examples and theories to explore the characteristic of exihibition as a form of organizational communication.
