Study On The Practice And Development Of Chinese Network Anti-corruption (2003-2013)

It has been ten years since the Chinese network anti-corruption generated in2003.In the past ten years，“we media” such as BBS，Blog，Micro Blog has appeared andis becoming more and more popular，along with the continuous development ofinternet technology. The Internet supervision and political participation of citizens’political enthusiasm are constantly improved. Before2003，the changes in onlinecommunity and the sprout of Internet public opinion laid a solid foundation for thegovernmental network anti-corruption and the nongovernmental networkanti-corruption. Both of them were founded at the same time，in2003.Although theydeveloped and completed each other，while still have their own ways. Then，the twoaspects of network anti-corruption mixed，crossing development and influenced eachother，which became an important part of the construction of China’s anti-corruptionsystem.Nowadays，network anti-corruption has become the most prominent way inChina’s anti-corruption construction. Firstly，this dissertation argues that the networkanti-corruption is under a new media environment，for the anti-corruption issue，thenetwork anti-corruption is an action combined with official，netizens and variouspower participate in the activities of information and public opinion. Then， thedissertation organizes the network anti-corruption passed in China over last tenyears，it could be divided into four periods: the public opinion bleeding period，thebeginning period，the rising period and the on track period. Meanwhile illustrates theactivity situation，activity strength，development situation and the influence of publicopinion of the governmental network anti-corruption and folk network anti-corruption.From the perspective of micro level，three typical cases including Guomeimei event，Leizhengfu event and Zhuzhou model，were selected and analyzed in the dissertation，in order to summaries the spread of network anti-corruption characteristics andgeneral rules. Finally， this dissertation based on the main steps of networkcommunication of anti-corruption，some questions，such as information supply，public opinion，platform Management will be analyzed.
