On The Research Of Basic Theory Of The Vessel Law Of China

Based on the basic jurisprudence, combining with the status quo of vessel administrative management and the deficiencies existing in the vessel legislation, this paper analyzes the principles of vessel industry legislation, the tendency of legal value as well as the elements of law and legal relationship. On the basis of analysis of the vessel industry law structure and it's place in the whole marine administrative legal system, depending on the advanced experience of vessel legislation of developed countries and other relative department law, the paper tries to put forward some ideas on the vessel law's whole structure and important parts, processes some valuable investment on function of vessel law.
