The Retrospect And Prospect Of Jury System

In history, the jury system has been praising and favours. The continuous dispute about the justification and validity of it is so drastic that the application of this system is reduced. Owing to the requirement of democracy and program justice, people pay attention to the jury system again in recent years.Due to the history factor, the jury system of our country exists a lot of defects and mistake, and this leads the formalization in the execution of this system, the reformation of jury system is necessary. Now, we have got a new decision about this system, but this decision still exists some problems in the system design.In order to guide the reformation of jury system and answers for the needs of reality, the author analyses the jury system comprehensively by the method of comparative-analysis study .The paper study on the development and the law of jury system, then the paper clarifies the justification of the jury system. Finally, the author put forward some feasible suggestion in order to perfecting the jury system in China.
