On Freedom Of Thought

We are living in a time that requests innovation. Innovation is a soul of a progressive nation. Freedom of thought is the resource and nature of innovation, so we must consider the freedom of thought completely. The freedom of thought hasn't been designated as the basic right of the citizen in our Constitution. It is out of accordance with international convention and many countries' current constitutions. In fact, that the freedom of thought loads in the Constitution of our country has the necessity and possibility completely. We should establish the constitutional government protection system of the right of thought freedom in China.This article will use the following methods: historical analysis, systems analysis, comparative analysis, functional analysis and criterion analysis.
