The Research Of The Proper Management Model For NA Asset Management Company

The financial no-preforming asset is the main problem for the financial security in many countries in recent years. In order to relieve the financial risk caused by the magnitude no-preforming in banks, Our central government established four Asset Management Companies for the purchasing, management and dealing with the no-preforming assets belonged to the four state-own large banks in 1999. But the no-preforming asset not only exist in large banks but also in medium and small banks, although the effect of no-preforming asset in medium and small banks is lighter the large banks, but the potential risk will affect the regional economical development.After 2000 years and taking part in the WTO, in order to push forward the reform of the state-own companies, strengthen the ability of competition ,speed the process of market and adapt to the principle of WTO, the regional financial asset management companies are established to deal with the historical no-performing assets as the duty of regional government and manage the state-own assets indirectly .The regional financial asset management companies have the key active effects to establish the modern management system in the state-own companies, realize the destination of reform of state-own companies , keep and add the value of state-own assets.By the research of NA company's management model, the writer want to explore the proper management model and the commercial management ways for the regional financial asset management companies , find the effective means to deal with no-performing assets, and construct the new management system for the state-own companies. The contents include five parts.The first, the relevant theories about management model are presented,which have asset dealing theory, compensation theory of no-performing asset dealing and theory of constructing supervisory system for state-own asset. Several inspirations of constructing the operating model of NA are created from the theories.The second, give the analysis about the background destination and operating model of domestic and foreign AMC and domestic four large state-own banks'AMC macroscopically, at the same time analyse the current conditions about NA's operating model and relief of no-performing asset and questions .The last, according to the existed operating models and features of NA, design the operating model and available ways to deal with no-performing asset and state-own asset management ,suggest the operating models available for AMC, management measures and relevant principles.
