A Comparative Research On Chinese And US Anti-Dumping Law

Anti-dumping is an increasingly important issue in international trade, which is not only influencing China's export trade environment but also affecting its domestic industries and economic security. With China's accession into the WTO and the enhancing trends of economic globalization, it is extremely urgent for China to resort to anti-dumping measures to safeguard its domestic industries amongst the keen international competition.China's anti-dumping statute has played quite a key role in its anti-dumping practice, but the roughness in the entity clauses still frustrates the statute from fitting in with China's tough challenges in this field in the future. This article, with a comparative research on several important aspects in China's Anti-dumping Statute and US's Anti-dumping Act, puts forward some constructive suggestions on upgrading china's anti-dumping legislation.
