As an approach for the exporter to seek for market quota and to a quire advantageous competitive status, dumping has a long history. Anti-dumping law is rational to same extent in maintaining normal international trade order and promoting fairness , freedom and order of international business. But as a legal system for the freedom of international business, anti-dumping law is short of theoretic basis and is closely connected with trade protectionism.China is a developing socialism country. The task to explore the foreign market is very heavy for the opening-up was very late. Related to reality, the author puts forward the policies of china form the Chinese enterprises of China from the Chinese enterprises and the anti-dumping legislation of China.
