Research Of Network Centric Operational Concept And Coordinated Mechanism Of Blended Aerial Defence Missile System

With the influence of NCW (Network Centric Warefare) and support of Information Technology (IT), the concept of Aerial Defence Missile Network-centric Operation has come into being in order to facilitate the efficiency of Aerial Defence Missile System (ADMS). As a kind of representation of the idea of NCW, the essence of Aerial Defence Missile Network-centric Operation is to connect every part of the ADMS within certain areas into a network, in order to utilize and exert the function and advantages of each battle system to the full extent, and thus to improve the whole battle efficiency. Aerial Defence Missile Network-centric Operation is the inevitable outcome of the development of IS and military transform.Based on the principles of NCW discussed, the present study delved further into the Network Centric Operational Concept and Coordinated Mechanism of Blended Aerial Defence Missile System as the anti-missile background. The main work of this study can be stated as follows:Firstly, the author made a deep research on the concepts, the essence and the cardinal fundamentals of NCW, and then made a thorough study on the commanding and practicing principles of NCW, which provided a theoretical framework for the design of the Network-centric Operation Model for Aerial Defence Missile.Secondly, the author further researched on the basic components and the fighting features of Aerial Defence Missile Operation System, and then proposed the operation principle for network-centric Aerial Defence Missile and the functional Architecture of a four-layer network structured Aerial Defence Missile Network-centric Operation.Finally, the author probed into the Commanding System of Blended Aerial Defence Missile Operation System and Realizing Mechanism of the information service of Sensor Network.
