Where ballistic missile has many advantages, such as penetration ability, destructive deeply, the capable of carrying nuclear warheads, so become the one of most offensive weapons in modern warfare. Toward to air raid with ballistic missiles, existing air defense system is facing new challenges at many aspects, for instances, timeliness of target threat estimation, target fire distribution and overall damage performance ability. For multi-target attacking, namely several raid targets problem, fire distribution is the main content of the air defense operations Reasonable and effective fire distribution effects the situation in the warfare and the whole battle. There are some shortcomings about fire distribution of ballistic missile attacking problem. For example, there are no unified threats factors, target threat sorting method depend on experts’experience too much, the efficiency of multi-target fire distribution algorithm is poor. Based on these work, carrying out the research work of definition for the ballistic missile, target threat sorting and multi-target fire distribution.Existing missile threat assessments mainly focused on air to air missiles, surface to air missiles, while the point of ballistic missiles focused on the issue of penetration. But its threat assessment problem, especially long-range ballistic missile threat assessment, there is not too much involved. Viewed of these shortages, proposing the six elements of the indicators of the ballistic missile threat innovatively, and the threat assessment models are established based on analysis of various parameters of ballistic missiles. Further, analyze the characteristics of expert decision method for the issue of multi-target threat sorting. Proposed one multi-target sorting method based on related information. This method is applicable to the kinds of situations, which target weights are completely unknown, part unknown. Improved the sorting result by the existing expert decision-making, enhanced the algorithm’s practicality and efficiency.The fire distribution in the anti-missile defense system coordinates the firepower units, displaying the overall advantage, to obtaining the best shooting plan under the constraint conditions. The key to solve the problem are the mathematical model and its algorithm. The result of fire distribution results affect the war effectiveness directly, sometimes plays a vital role in the whole battle. After analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of existing fire distribution algorithms, proposing improved genetic algorithm fire distribution strategy based on initial clustering of incoming targets, improved the search efficiency. Finally, one multi-target fire distribution anti-air simulation system is established to verify the above theories and methods. The simulation shows the fire distribution based on improved genetic algorithm method take full account of the coordination between the multi-platforms, which plays a complementary strengths of multi-platform firepower. And fire distribution specific number of each firepower unit under the fire platform is given. As well as, with the number of incoming targets increasing, the search time, search efficiency, and overall damage of this algorithm are better. |
