This paper has made theoretical researches on the numerical calculationalmethods, soft computational methods and learning algorithm, robustness anduncertainty problems, multi-objective and cooperative problems of differential game;also made researches on some problems of its application in attack, command andcontrol. The main contents include:1. Numerical calculational methods to differential game: From the point of viewof Hamilton system, research into the symplectic characteristics of linear quadraticdifferential game. Put forward Symplectic-Runge-Kutta algorithm to the resolution oflinear quadratic differential game; Expand respectively precise time integration andmultiple-subspace iterative method, which belong to computational structuralmechanics, from LQ control problem to the resolution of finite horizon LinearQuadratic Differential Game and to the resolution of infinite horizon Linear QuadraticDifferential Game. These provide new approaches to solve differential game.2. Soft computational methods and learning algorithms to differential game: Forapplications of neural network in differential games, aim at the common problem, thatis the slowness of network learning. Use genetic neural network to solve differentialgame. This quickens the speed of computation, can also avoid to solve the complexproblem of Two Point Border Value, can overcome the sensitivity to initial conditions,and can improve the robustness of algorithm; Induct rough logic and rough control todifferential game, put forward rough differential game model. The model hasembodied the merits of being rapid to compute and easy to implement, and it alsodiminishes the requires from differential game in exact mathematical model andintegrated information.3. Robustness and uncertainty problems of differential game: Aiming at two sortsof uncertainty, uncertainty of model parameters and of stochastic disturbance forlinear differential game, robust game has been researched, and its according resolutionalgorithm has been given as well; Use Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model to describenonlinear stochastic differential game system, and express the overall fuzzy model asuncertain form. Induct robust sub-optimal control strategy, and a stable fuzzycontroller has also been designed.4. Multi-objective and cooperative problems of differential game: In order tocope with uncertain information and to avoid the difficulty in solving nonlinearity,linearized fuzzy model of multi-objective differential game and of cooperativedifferential game have been constructed respectively, combining the thought of T-Sfuzzy differential game; Research into the design method of controller under thecondition of fuzzy linear multi-objective differential game and into the design methodof the corresponding controller of eclectic solution under the condition of fuzzy linearcooperative differential game.5. Applications in attack, command and control: Aiming at the enemy's menace types which are of activity and using single objective qualitative differential gametheory, the dynamic reprogramming of aerocraft flight path has been researched;Aiming at cooperation problem in group in multiple aerial combat, using cooperativedifferential game theory, research into the coordinated control method to improve theattack efficiency of air fleet. Combining the thought of T-S fuzzy differential game,linearized fuzzy model of cooperative differential game to Utilitarian solution hasbeen constructed. Subsequently research into the design method of the correspondingcontroller; In 3-dimentional space, to a dynamical problem of air battle between redand blue army, research into the modeling method to the differential game model ofthe assigning of missions and resources and the choice of targets and fires in air battle.
