But through the analysis,we can find that there is very big existing and developping space in cotton textile industry.Especially after joining in the WTO,textile industry which has the strong dependence to the international market and high international competition will fully enjoy the trading freedom brought by Negotiation of Textile and Costume<>.And introduction of foreign advanced technique and management experience ,the entrance of large foreign capital will benefit to industrial upgrading,technical reformation and production re-newing.At the meantime,the biggest competive pressure will do good to reformation and reorganization of state-owned cotton textile enterprises, and will arouse enterprises'vitality.Under this kind of background,textile enterprises must find out exact enterprises'core ablity,cultivate and enhance core competition ablity by developing diversified strategy,and relize extending the main business. Chongqing Huacheng No.1 Textile Mill is a state-owned key cotton textile enterprise in Chongqing which has over 80 years history.For recent ten years,it was in loss because of weak market,heavy burden and debt.Facing the huge opportunity brought by WTO,it is a urgent problem that how to train the core ablity so that it can ensure the good developent in competition.
