In the light of the stagnancy of organization innovation existing in the current theory and practice of our country, and the actual problems on divorce between the organization innovation and the cultivation and evolution of core competence, the paper, from the visual angle of knowledge, researches into the new problem of organization innovation of the enterprise, by setting the cultivation and promotion of its core competence as its objective, and taking knowledge and organizational learning as a main clue. Firstly, based on anew defining the concept of the organization innovation, and reviewing and assessing the enterprise theory and organization theory which directly connect with the research, the paper analyses the problems on the nature of the enterprise, the evolution and innovation trend of organization structure, the boundary of enterprise organization, the evolution mechanism of its life cycle, the connotation, characteristics, and nature of its core competence and its growth mechanism, and then the paper dissects the nature and compatible point of organization innovation and its core competence, and the internal mutual relationships among organization innovation, core competence and organizational learning. Secondly, the paper inquires into problems on the process of organizational learning, the elements of impetus and resistance, ways, opportunity selections, and the process of organization innovation and its learning mechanism and concrete ways. Finally, thepaper verifies the main conclusions of the paper by analyzing the success case of Haier's organization innovationBy means of the researches above, the paper clarifies that the objective of organization innovation is not only to reduce transaction expenses, but also to accumulate, share and utilize knowledge, so as to make up the defects that exist in the former research of organization innovation using the analysis frame of transaction expenses, and expand the field of vision of research of organization innovation. The paper originally discloses that organizational learning is the essence and compatible point of organization innovation and core competence, and finally to construct the model of internal consistency of the process of organization innovation and organizational learning. The paper also tries to provide guides for any enterprise of our country to cultivate and promote its core competence by carrying out organization innovation.
