Legal Faith-Idea Foundation Stone Of Scialist Construction Governed By Law

Ruling by law is originated from the western society, where the ancient Greece and Rome people set the beginning of ruling by law. In the western social development , ruling by law is not only a kind of system, but also a kind of idea advocated by people of the society since the beginning. But in our country, it was spreaded into and transplanted over by some modern enlightened people with western thought of ruling by law. It exists as the utility system of enriching nationality and strongthening the people, which happens to coincide with our country's traditional social culture of law of tool doctrine. So , when the New China is established, and when our country begins the socialist construction governed by law, the law is mentioned as a kind of tool system all the time, that is to say, we lack the faith to the law at the beginning. So when the construction governed by law in our country passed through a transient spring, it had met the enormous setback under the attack of the political movement. After "the Cultural Revolution", the 11th central conmission of CCP set up a new round of the socialist legal construction. But the institutional perfection was unable to make the belief of law owned by the national people come in to being natually. Faith of law is the the ideal footstone of the socialist law construction. The degree that the individual and society believe in the law , have a grant effect to the progress of governing by law , and even play the key role .The Chinese nomocracy edifice needs the faith to law as a spirit backbone. "Law must be believed in, or it is in vain."Based on the upon cognition, the text is proceeded with the nomological definition of the law faith. Through the review and reconsideration of the course of the construction of nomocracy, we draw the conclusion that the construction of nonocracy can't succeed because of the lack of ideal base if there is no the faith to law. By then now, in the course of the construction of nonocracy, there exists serious lack of faith to law, we must pay more attention to it, and find the solving method.
