Discussion On The Student's Rights And Judicial Protection

The view of student rights is concerned by us only in recent years. In fact ,our country has joined the UN's "Children's Right Treaty" over 10 years ago ,the treaty stipulated clearly to the various rights of teenagers .But in recent year ,many kinds of student rights offending happened among the on schooling students .With the development of the time ,the parents and the students' understanding also gradually enhanced ,this provided more urgent requirements to the realization of the student rights ensuring.In this article ,from the legal origin of the students rights and the judicial protection ,the author carried out the analysis to the student's personal rights ,reputation rights ,the privacy rights and education receiving rights ,and proposed the own view and tacticsThe article is consisted of four parts .The first parts is preface, it is a summarization to the main idea of the whole text .The second part is the heart of the whole text, the author concluded, summarized and analyzed the current situations and problems existed in the student rights .In the third part, the author proposed the suggestions and tactics to the student rights' judicial protection .The fourth part is the conclusion part.
