The Rawle' Justice Theory And China's Social Justice

For surviving harmoniously developing steadily, meeting each social member's material needs, society of different periods must have a justice theory which could be accepted extensively, accord with objective reality, could be shared widely, and have the purpose of developing. The Rawls' Justice Theory has offered the abundant thought source for today's China to establish a correct justice theory that accords with China's reality.John Rawls, one of the most important political philosophers in contemporary U.S.A. and even in circle of western thought. It is a milestone on the development path of contempprary western society's justice theory.The Rawls ' Justice Theory has higher reference value to the development of the justice theory of our country. In the past 50 years, our country adheres to the socialist system all the time and has made great progress on the social justice theory and practice with the constant development of the economy and the society. Since reform and opening-up," efficiency comes first, balance equity "becomes the justice theory which reflects the characteristic of the times and have promoted the development of economy and the society greatly. But, with the gradual setting-up of the socialist market economy system, "efficiency comes first, balance equity "needs substantiating and perfecting.
