Along with the sustainable development of society, we achieve progress in the strengthened integrated power and the society. At the same time new conflicts have emerged. Our party has proposed the new concept of "constructing harmonious socialistic society in the Fourth Plenary Session of its Sixteenth Central Committee and stressed the aim of constructing harmonious socialistic society under the guide of scientific view of development. According to the new demands of new century, new stage and new trends of our society, the ideal society should be democratic and legal, just and fair, trust and friendly, stable and orderly ,harmonious relationship between the human and nature. These basic defining characteristics that are related to each other are to be fully manipulated and embodied in the process of building a comparatively well-off society. We should insist on the thoughts of "Human centralization" and motivate all kinds of positive factors and change the unharmonious state at present according to "five balance" requirements.
