Studies On The Legal System Of China Government Procurement Under WTO

Government Procurement Agreement(GPA) is one of the appendix agreements of The Agreement to the Foundation of WTO and one of WTO plurilateral trade agreements. It is a legal document involves GPA members' Opening their government procurement market, realizing of government Procurement internationalization and liberalization. It's just an issue of timetable to sign this agreement even though China has not done so yet. In order to speed up China's entry into the agreement, it becomes a major task to make a research work upon it.The whole thesis is composed of three chapters except for the preface and the conclusion.Chapter One is about general demonstration of governmental procurement.Chapter Two is about Government Procurement Agreement of WTO.Chapter Three is mainly about the defect of legislation of china government procurement and how to perfect it.
