The writing of this thesis, I plan to enter from the combination of two discipline fields of philosophy , law science, investigate two route from logical analysis and real example , regard human rights as vision .It distinguishes right of labor and relation of people's development.The article divides into three major parts altogether, the first part: Background and meaning that the question puts forward. " people oriented "scientific development view is common understanding of the world and trend of the human social development, it has meaning of the world and era; It is guideline that our country builds socialism and scientific methodology too, it is the primary task of present Party and government to implement , practice the scientific development view which have realistic meanings.The second part: Logic line of reasoning of development of the right of labor and people. It announces right of labor and dialectical relation of people's development to come from route that logic analyze.
