A Research On Construction Of Civil Servants' Ethics With The Condition Of Socialist Market Economy

Nowadays, our country is in the special historical period of deepening reform, widening opening and changing the form of society for the further step. In order to guaranttee the national and social public affairs to be carried out successfully, executive actions must be adjusted and controlled and standardized effectively as far as the executive system is concerned. Government man plays an active and importand role in this course as a human factor of executive actions. So their professional moral is closely connected with the performance of general and specific policies, and with the success of the cause of modernization of socialism; at the same time, it may also exert a great influence on people's professional moral of all trades and occupations and the general moral mood of the whole society.On the basis of the train of thought "Raising and Analyzing and Solving questions", this article can be divided into four parts—theoretical interpretation, comparative analysis, presence and cause analysis and the thought of countermeasures. In the first part, we explain the essential concept and content of "government man " in greater detail, and perform the comparative analysis of moral construction of government man, ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign. So that we can make a choice and make use for reference.In the second part, we explain the internal interactive relationship between socialist market economy and government man's moral, and give a deeper analysis to the presence and cause of today's government man's moral. In the third part, we set the aim of the moral construction of government man in the condition of socialist market economy, on the basis of the explanation of the moral presence of the government man in our country. In the fourth part, we put forward six measures on how to strengthen the moral construction of government man.During the discussion, we take the socialist market economy as the specific background from the very beginning to the end, and analyze the moral requirements which the socialist market economy asks government man to follow, and timely advance the countermeasures of government man moral construction.
