On The Liability Insurance System Of Construction Project Quality

This text analyses the establishment of the basic problem that liability insurance system of construction project quality faced. At first ,it analyzed the actual conditions of the basic principle of the implementing form and different kinds of projects and our country project realistic state in building market of our country project quality implementing form liability insurance which should adopt. Meanwhile, it combines the characteristic of the quality responsibility of project and legislative regulation of our country, it also made a concrete and exhaustive analysis to its insurance responsibility range and principle of confirmed insurance responsibility.The third part is the question about insurer's right to participate and insurance subrogation. Insurer's right to participate and subrogation are an extremely important content to quality liability insurance system of the construction project, it concerns whether this system can really be set up and popularized. This part analyzed and described the insurer's right to participate and concrete content of the subrogation and the principle.The fourth part discuss a question about the contract of insurance of quality responsibility of project. The particularity of engineering construction has determined that the contract of insurance of quality responsibility of the project is differ from the ordinary contract of insurance in many aspects. This part analyzed the conclusion , change , lapse and invalid of contract from the respect of asserting and treatment of contract .It also put forward one's own design plan to relevant systems.
