The paper is comprehension on the liberty concept in Marx's early works. One purpose of the paper is defining Marx's liberty concept in Ontology. The other more important purpose is making clear about the theoretical connotation on Human Is Liberty in Marx's discussion about human essence, and tries to explicate Human Is Liberty, which is an ontological proposition.As the comprehension on Marx's works, one feature of the paper is that most of chapters are revolving around and basing on analysis of Marx's works.In the part of epigraph, it is simple description of the research history and present situation on Marx's liberty concept, and discussing theoretical and realistic value of defining Marx's liberty concept in ontology. In chapter one, it expounds the connotation of Marx's liberty concept, that liberty is an ontological concept, liberty is causa sui and prescribes itself. In chapter two, basing on Marx's discussion about human essence, it demonstrates that the human essence is liberty, which means human is liberty. In chapter three, it discusses Human Is Liberty, which means human is non-prescribed and prescribes itself, and human prescribes everything. In chapter four, in human generation course and human history, it discusses that Human Is Liberty is the same course as the unity of human and nature.
