Research Into The Legal System Of High-technology Industry

This paper attempts a comprehensive and systematic study of the legal system inhigh-tech industry for developing the high-tech industry in our country, and made therelevant strategy and suggestion. Following high-tech development and china intoWTO, how to advance high-technology and implement high-tech industry means a lotfor countries. It's wel-known, law always plays a very important role in our society.Legal system protects people's rights of high-technology. In this paper, base onphilosophy, science and technology methodology, jurisprudence, by comparisonresearch method, because of the characteristic of high-tech and the characteristic oflaw, this paper roundly analyzed and researched the successful experiences andenvironment of policy supporting of the countries which high-tech industry wasdeveloped such as America, European Union, Japan. In view of the characteristic ofhigh-tech and legal system, a conclusion was made. Legal system can not be the mainbody of high-tech industry directly on micro-control, the companies, and thegovernment must provide environment of policy supporting for high-tech andhigh-tech industry. Make our legal system more perfect in our country in order toadapt to international cooperation in the world. There are 3 parts and 5 chapters in this paper. The first part is made up of chapter1 and chapter 2. It is mainly about theories. They are the basic point in the paper. Thesecond part is composed of the 3rd chapter. By research in the experiences of America,E.U., and Japan, we also found the shortage of their legal system. Just as the popularsaying goes, "we can not throw away baby with the bathe water." The last part ismade up of chapter 4 and chapter 5. Base on the character of China, this paper analyzethe shortage of the legal system of our country, and then, made some advices.
