On The Research Of Accounting Debt Reorganization's Issue Of Law

With the development of marketing economy, many corporations are heavily in debt, and face the problem of bankruptcy. In order to prevent bankruptcy, this could bring great loss to creditor and debtor and even cause economic crisis, the system of debt reorganization was established. Debt reorganization means the matters which creditors and debtors amend their debt terms on the bases of agreements or court judgments.This article start from the concept of debt reorganization, analyzed different methods of debt reorganizations with legal viewpoint, and combined with practical case, the author give some suggestions on the protection of creditors.The first part of the article analysis deferent kinds of reorganization and separate debt reorganization from others. The second part shows the reason and meaning of debt reorganization. The third part presents the legal system of debt reorganization and especially The forth part shows how to do accounting works under the accounting principle and analyses the advantage and disadvantage by legal method. The fifth part finds the legal problem of debt reorganization through practical case. The last part analyzes how to protect the creditor's interests in debt reorganization and give some suggestion.
