It has a long history that human probe into the problem of legitimacy. How tomaintain the legitimacy on the democracy country is the focus of the politician'sattention. Aristotle, the politician of ancient Greece, thinks it is an "axiom" that agovernment must acquire the people's support so as to maintain its reign. In fact, it isjust the problem of legitimacy. Theimportant thought of "three represents" is the direct answer to the legitimacy of theParty and is regarded as an important guideline of the Party's construction.
