Research On The Problems Of Stratum Interest Harmony During The Course Of Establishing Harmonious Society

This article bases on the historical materialism, discusses the stratum theory and interest theory of Marxism and points out that the harmonious society which nowadays we have been pursuing for is a society in which poly-interests coexisted and benefited each other .The key content of the harmonious society is the harmony of the stratum interest which is also the premise and basis of the harmonious society.By analyzing the structural changes of the stratum interest in our society, which consists of changes such as varieties of acquiring interests, distinctness of contradiction, and consolidation of ideology, I try to elaborate the manifestation of stratum interest contradiction which lies in four aspects, that is the increasing gap between the superior stratum and the inferior stratum, unequal chances in the movement of different stratums, obvious interest contradiction in the politics and culture, and increasing group incidents, and find the resources of the contradiction which lies in the fixed social division of the work, the shortages of the system, and the conflict of the interest ideology.In the end, I discussed the aim, principle of the stratum interest confliction, emphasizing the scientific and reasonable channel from the aspects of economy, politics and ideology during the course of establishing stratum interest harmony, and the systematic mechanism of interest harmony which consists of interest orientation, interest expression, interest compensation, interest integration, interest restriction, so as to carry out the harmonious development of social stratums.
