Marx's Theory Of Interest And The Establishment Of Harmonious Society

The fourth plenum of Sixteenth Party Central Committee passed the "CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party's governance capacity-building decisions", which explicitly puts forward to build a socialist harmonious society. Harmonious society proposed by CCP is a great strategic objective in the new historical period. The essence of socialist harmonious society is to realize the harmony of interests. However, at present, the conflicts of interest in China are still very conspicuous. Since reform and opening up, we have gradually established socialist market economic system. In the process of social transformation in China, the interest pattern shows the trend of diversification. In the wake of diversification of interest subjects and the way of gaining interest, the interest gap between regions, urban and rural areas, industries and stratums are widening. The problem of interest imbalance becomes serious. In addition, because the coordination mechanism of interest is not perfect, interest conflicts between social stratums are more complicated and violent. At present, our society is in full transition period. If we can't effectively coordinate interest conflicts between the masses, it will inevitably lead to worsening interest contradictions, triggering off interest conflicts, severely influencing the construction of socialistic harmonious society. It is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society for us to establish interest of co-ordination mechanism suitable to socialist market economy and properly coordinate conflicts of interest.Therefore, based on the theory of Marx's interest, the paper specifically analyses the reasons and manifestations of interest conflicts under socialist market economy system and put forward the specific countermeasures of coordinating interest conflicts integrating the reality of China. This paper consists of three parts:In the first part, the paper expounds domestic and western thinker's theoretical achievements of interest before Marx. In this part, through the reappearance of the thinker's interest thoughts in different times, the author analyses positive significance and theoretical defects of interest thoughts, which is the argument for demonstrating the correctness and scientific of Marx's theory of interest.In the second part, the author analyzes Marx's theory of interests. First, sort out the formation of Marx's theory of interest. Secondly, explain Marx's view on the basic problems of interest. Thirdly, analyze Marx's theory of interest conflicts. By analyzing Marx's theory of interest, find a theoretical basis for interest coordination at the present stage.In the third part, under the guidance of Marx's theory of interest, the paper specifically analyzes current interest coordination in building a harmonious community. According to the interest theory of Marx, the interest conflicts in the primary stage of socialism are internal contradictions which are consistent with the fundamental interest and can be coordinated. Based on the theory, analyses the present representation and reasons of interest contradictions. At last, in view of the specific problems of society at present, put forward corresponding countermeasures on how to build a reasonable coordination mechanism of our country in future.
