Deng Xiaoping's thought of being in power is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's Theory. It is based on the fundamental theory of Marxist governing Party's doctrine. It comes from the characteristics of the Party in power. The Party in power facing new situations, new tasks and new surroundings, Deng Xiaoping's thought of being in power is a kind of thought to study and direct the problem of how to come into power and how to lead and strength the construction of itself.
