Study On Credit Right

Credit is a common behavior in modern society, and it has many natures: firstly, it can be easily identified;secondly, it is transferable, thirdly, credit is a non-timely behavior;besides, it has the character of uncertainty and it is also social.Credit intrest has two aspects, it is a kind of personal right, and it has many characters of property right .I think that credit right is a specialized kind of personal right which contains the evaluating intrest about someone, whose fulfillment ability of contract and the attitude concerned are included.The importance of credit need credit right to be protected by laws. The concept of credit right shoud be established and credit right shoud be stipulated in the future civil law code as a independent part of personal right.Credit right has its own object , subject and content. Its content includes right of keeping constantly, right of making use of credit imformation and credit intrest, rights of being ascertained security of credit imformation ,claim right for insult.Finally, the difference between credit right and privacy right, reputation right has been distinguished out. It concludes that credit right should be established in our future civil law code as a kind of specialized personal right.
