| Nowadays, real estate in China plays a role in globalization of world real estate and becomes one of the key industries in China, the capital market has basically formed in China, the finance, especially trusts is facing reconstruction and renovation, although the real estate finance has become systematical, its development still remains backwards, and the financial tools are calling for renovation, on this accession, the thesis aims to study on the real estate investment trusts in China.Chapter 1 is introduction, which concludes the research background of this study, the importance of developing REIT in China and literature review.Chapter 2 introduces the background, working model, developing state quo of REIT of other countries.Chapter 3 is the analysis of legislation and status quo of REIT in China.
