On the base of the study political philosophy, this thesis points out the fundamental task of politic philosophy is to answer how human should live ,or what kind of life is worth to live. Related with this, another question rises. What kind of political system would match the nature of human beings. Following questions above, This thesis elaborates the accordance and difference between ancient Chinese political philosophy and ancient Greek political philosophy.This thesis tries to study Chinese and western political philosophy. Firstly, what kind of value in thinking history have city-state and 'family-state' as the background of ancient Greek and Chinese life and system? By studying this ,1 want to make it clear that Chinese Confucianists and ancient Greek political philosophers paid much attention on human system, and ask what kind of politic system would match the nature of human. Secondly, what are the means of justice and human relations as the idea of city- state and 'family-state' in the classical political philosophy study of different period? This thesis is mostly about this. The study of political philosophy must be laid on the level of thinking. Any study of history and system can not take the place of thinking. By this mean, ancient political philosophers' answer is put forward to the basic question: what kind of life is worth to live.Through the study above, I believe study of Chinese philosophy should put forward the mean of political philosophy ,show more interest in modern human's mental life, recur to the grand soul of ancient politic philosophers according to the classical texts, and think about the questions raised by them anew.
