Well-known Trademarks As WTO And Anti-dilution Protection Exploration In Our Country

This thesis mainly deals with the standard concerning well-known trademark maintaining criteria and its protection issues in face of globalization in our country. It focuses on issues with regard to protection of well-known trademark in our country, such as—maintaining criteria, anti-dilution protection, and domain name, protection, with which as the focus, this paper analyzes the insufficient efforts our country has made in the maintaining criteria and anti-dilution of well-known trademark, and accordingly, effective suggestions are put forward in this regard. All these analysis is based on the current situations of maintaining criteria and anti-dilution of well-known trademark in our country, with the international covenants on protection of well-known trademark and laws of protections for well-known trademark are taken into consideration.This paper is thus divided into three parts, i.e. the foreword, the main body, and conclusion.In the foreword section, the value of well-known trademark is first mentioned for the sake of significance concerning maintaining criteria and anti-dilution protection of well-known trademark. And the present situations of maintaining criteria and anti-dilution protection of well-known trademark is concerned in our country, the great significance is then emphasized and clarified on maintaining criteria and anti-dilution protection of well-known trademark.In the main body, contemporary situations in China about maintaining criteria and anti-dilution protection of well-known trademark is discussed in the context of related international covenants and related laws of other countries, a conclusion is made to illustrate the deficiency in law system in our countries.
