| Along with socialist market economy of our country established, degree of openness expanded, the traditional region boundary has broken, and the communication among nationalities has promoted. As the communication and the contact have been frequently, the disparity of economy level between nationalities highlights;the national contradiction and dispute increased, because mutual understood and respect in manners and customs, language and writing of various nationalities is insufficient;ideological and political education of ethnic regions also has many problems by themselves. All these proposed the challenge to the ideological and political work of ethnic regions in the new time. This article mainly analysis national characteristics and the national psychology characteristic base on the question which exists from the ideological and political work of ethnic regions, at last it gives some solving methods to reinforcing and improving the ideological and political work of ethnic regions.There are three parts in the article. The first part briefly introduced the concept of ethnic regions, the national minority populace's characteristic and the significance of the ideological and political work of ethnic regions of our country research in the new time;The second one was to analyze the question lies in ideological and political work in our country 's ethnic regions, by five aspects that the nationality theoretical education, the national psychology, the communication among nationalities, the educator of the ideological and political work of ethnic regions;The third one is to put forward the solving methods in five aspects of reinforcing the Marxism nationality theoretical education, speeding up the economy development of ethnic regions, firming socialism ideal faith education, strengthening the ideological and political education with national minority characteristic, and improving the ideological and political work way and the method .
