The Comparison Of National Security Concepts Among Leading Collectives Of Three Generations Of Chinese Communist Party

The national security theory is on the one hand of the international relation theories. Realism, Liberalism and Constructivism have respective understanding to the national security question. The realism school thinks there is no common authoritative organizations above the sovereign state because of the international system anarchy, therefore there are competitions and conflicts among countries. The existence of one country means the insecurity of other countries. The power politics, the hegemonism and the balance of power theory concern with it. The liberalism favors in using the international mechanism to solve the security problem. This school means the unintegrity of the international system leads to wars and the mechanism is the first to solve in order to make the system integral. Collective security and cooperative security concern with it. The constructivism tries to analyze the international politics by means of the social theory and emphasis culture, approval and function.The security theories of the three theory schools all instruct the western nations' foreign politics and do not suit our national environment .So our country is also looking for the security concept that suit for our environment. After the foundation of the nation, our country's security concepts consummate along with the time development renews. The national security concepts among leading collectives of generations of Chinese Communist Party are different because of the difference of time background, international environment and the national strategic target.The subject of the first generation of leading collective is war and revolution, so they stress on military security .The subject of the second generation of leading collective is peace and development, so they stress on comprehensive security. After the cold war, the international environment has changed , so the third generation of leading collective propose "new security concept".This article thinks the three generations of leading collectives all keep independence and take the peaceful coexistence as the guiding principle, they maintain the territorial integrity and make good friends with the neighbor countries. At the same time, the emphasis on economy and military is different, the security strategic center and the foreign security cooperation policy is also different.
